Phone was listed as good condition and unlocked. Received phone and was missing the sim tray so was unable to test. This was not noted in the listing. Seller sent a replacement and after an additional week I tested the phone to find out the device was infact NOT unlocked. Reached out and the seller who said the phone was locked to Verizon. I was already invested as I had purchased accessories. Guess I'm switching to Verizon now. Was able to get a small partial refund for the inconvenience though I felt it could have been more. Replies were also slow when trying to resolve. Overall poor shopping experience.

Looks great and works fine! Just have to buy a charging cable.

Just as promised.

Phone arrived with a dirty charger port and would only charge on a pad. Moisture/foreign debris notification prevented port charging. After thoroughly cleaning the port 3 times, it now charges correctly. Satisfied overall, but didn't expect the extra work thus the neutral rating.
