When I received this MacBook from this seller, the camera was broken and would black out and go on and off show pink and purple lines across the camera screen and photos I would take. But then I talked with the seller and they apologized and sent me an even better and newer MacBook and was super fast with communicating and shipping the second one out after I returned the original. I am now satisfied with the replacement laptop that I received. Thank you for your quick communication and your help with making sure I got the product I desired.
