Device was a good shape, no visible scratches on the screen or body of the phone. There was some display burn in but it is only noticeable if looking directly at the edges of the display. My only gripe was the seller sent me a Samsung charging block and an aftermarket charge cord instead of the OEM LG V20 charging block.
