Orders received Mon - Fri by 2 pm EST will ship out the same day via USPS which takes approximately 3-5 days. All other orders will ship out the following business day.

72 hours - $15 - UPS 3 Day
48 hours - $24 - UPS 2 Day Air
24 hours - $39 - UPS Next Day Air

Important note: Orders will only ship to the address provided during the checkout process. If any changes need to be made to the address, the order will need to be canceled and repurchased with the correct address information. Due to a recent PayPal policy change, this will result in a non-refundable PayPal fee charge of 3.49%+$0.49 for domestic payments and 5% for international payments.

If you are using a freight-forwarding service, you will be responsible for any/all extra shipping costs.

We accept exchanges 30 days from the date of purchase for devices with a functional defect.
• item with a functional defect will be exchanged within the 30-day period.
• if the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed or an alternative upgraded device will be provided.
• warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or if there has been damage caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser.
• buyers wishing to return a device because they changed their mind, chose the wrong carrier, or any other reason not related to a functional defect, will result in a restocking fee of 15% for unlocked devices or 20% for carrier locked devices as long as the device is in the same aesthetic and functional condition as when it was originally shipped.
