The phone was as described and came with a wall plug and a charging cable for the iphone. The phone was packed in a foam pouch. There was a slight issue in the beginning with the phone's screen not being responsive, but a software update seems to have fixed the issue and it has not resurfaced. The other issue I had was with shipping. I paid for express shipping, however, the package was not mailed according to Swappa's express shipping policy so the phone arrived 3 business days after I placed the order (2 days after the phone was marked as shipped). But, the seller promptly issued a refund for the express shipping. Overall a positive experience with the seller, would recommend them and I personally will also consider them for future purchases.
