The initial phone sent to me did not pass their alleged inspection standards, had a broken finger print scanner and the phone wouldn't function properly. Shipping back almost always got lost and took nearly 2 weeks. 2nd phone had a broken mute switch, so had to send back and wait another 2 weeks for them to resolve it.

Got the phone no problem. Only information that wasn't disclosed was the battery health of the phone was at 80%.
