Phone came in listed condition - thumbs up

The screen does not work I can’t open the phone I need to return it and the company will not call me back I have left 3 messages and no response

The phone works fine and everything, but it was not mint condition. It's battery health is not "like new" or "mint", it is 84%. Also, the screen was replaced at some point and it likely isn't an official Apple one because the phone constantly gives a notification about it. The sides are more scuffed up for what I expect for mint condition, but it isn't too bad. Overall, the product condition was disingenuis but I still received it in a timely manner so the experience was good

it took 9 business days to arrive which was a brutal wait because my other phone was broken but the phone i received is in great condition and works well!
