I'm giving a neutral review instead of a negative review because of the phone condition. The listing was supposed to be for a Verizon phone, after hours on the phone with Verizon and Apple, and a new sim card it was determined the phone was actually a LOCKED tracfone from total wireless. I'm now going through the hoops with them to get the phone unlocked. This really sucks because it was a present for my mom and it's now been close to 2 weeks of this back and forth to get the problem resolved. Giving her the gift only to have to take it back and deal with this nonsense was probably worth the negative review but like I said the phone was in good condition.
