Phone doesn’t charge and they blame me for it saying it worked before they gave it to me but wasn’t working on the first day I got it

Device was posted as mint but was anything but. 2 small scratches on the bottom bezel plus both the bottom and top bezel where the screen meets the frame was polished from black to chrome (most likely due to extensive putting on and taking off of a case or in and out of a pocket). The pictures on the post are clearly of another device and were not of the actual device sent to me. Seller only offered a $20 refund for a device that was clearly only in fair condition (should have more like $50), but due to time constraints I decided to take the insulting refund and keep the device and just slap a case on it to hide the obvious wear and tear. If buying from this seller, give yourself enough time to inspect the device and time to possibly return it if they lie in their posting again!
