Ordered mint condition phone, received mint condition phone wrapped in 2 layers of bubble wrap in a box. As described, no accessories. The product description needs "OEM fast charging cable" removed as it contradicts the statement saying no accessories. Was an unlocked Verizon phone. Factory reset worked and I didn't see anything to indicate problems or added software. Seems ok. Rated neutral because swappa would have never allowed me to have minor but conflicting statements in my product sale. It was a nightmare trying to sell on this site. But buying was ok. Shipping was fast, and I would buy from this seller again. Will probably bookmark them and buy exclusively since they seem trustworthy.
