I have just been informed by Sprint that the phone is incompatible and cannot be fixed without a 48 hour hold. The phone may or may not be activated based on the results.

Outside of phone perfect condition.. but when u turn on screen u can see a white ring around the screen. Not to big of a deal as it's for my teen daughter but kinda a bummer. Still nice phone.
