Simple process.
The item took a few days before being given to the delivery service after the label was created but the item did show up quickly after the service had the phone. The phone showed up looking good but the screen broke a few days later with a screen protector on it while it was in my pocket while moving stuff. I've never had that happen before but hopefully it was an anomaly and not indicative of cheap parts used by them to replace broken screens.

Honestly based on the pictures I thought gadget would’ve been scratched up but its pretty new! As if it was just pulled out the box! Battery health is great and long lasting
