Poor experience, for a number of reasons. First phone I bought the screen would turn a green shade sporadically. They had me do some testing and then accepted to swap it out. Shipping on going to them and coming back was slow. I received the replacement and it had a huge scratch on the screen which the one I initially purchased did not. All in all a poor experience. Never once did they say sorry or apologize for the inconvenience.
