Product arrived and it’s condition was exactly as described - Mint Condition. Extremely pleased with this seller and would buy from again in the future.

Ultimately, I received a phone that was as-described and works perfectly. The initial unit was in unacceptable condition. Service was responsive and accepted an exchange quickly, including pictures of the new unit, and there was no charge for this. It did take a bit over a week between shipping the original device back and receiving a replacement, which is frustrating but probably not unreasonable.

I struggled because the original unit really should not have been shipped (back panel lifting off). Ultimately, I gave a thumbs up, because the seller made it right and I received the phone I wanted at the price I paid for it. And while I don't THINK it could have been damaged in shipping (they packed it very well!), there's certainly a chance it wasn't the seller's fault to begin with.

Works fine but description said black dot on screen. This came with small dead pixel on screen. All good thou.
