First phone I purchased had a hardware issue. I had bought it with expedited shipping. The seller sent the replacement overnight at their expense. I had to purchase the replacement and get a refund on the original in order to get the replacement quickly, but I understand their side of it. I have the thumbs up for customer service, though they should have checked the first phone more thoroughly to begin with. But I can accept that mistakes happen.

Return & Refund Policies
