I had an address issue with USPS. The phone was sent back to seller. Power Express, seller, directed me to order another phone and the original would be refunded. They were very responsive and replied quickly through the comments on the sale page. Everything happened just right, got the refund, a new phone, and the new phone set up. Thanks again Power Express for the help.

Shipping Policies

All orders are shipped within one business day via USPS Ground Advantage which takes 3-5 days. Upgraded shipping is available via FedEx Standard Overnight for $30.

Serial/IMEI numbers for all orders are recorded prior to shipping.

Orders will only be shipped to verified addresses provided by Swappa/PayPal. No address changes allowed once an order has been placed. If we have to cancel an order due to an incorrect address, a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 14-day warranty on all devices sold. If you have any issues within 14 days of receiving your device, let us know and we will take the device back for a full refund.
