Tha laptop was initially received with a faulty battery, but flipmacs offered to replace it and reship the laptop at no extra cost, with overall excellent customer support. I now have the laptop in great condition with a fully functional battery!

I took some time to come back and leave a review because the inside of the Mac regularly will shift and make a loud click noise. It will even sometimes shift inside and make sounds when im just carrying it but I have been very delicate and found no more issues connected to that. Other than this, the LED on the charge cable doesn't work but it works just fine so that is no problem either. I just wanted to take the time to make sure these issues didn't rise to be larger problems, which its looking like they will not be, hopefully. That said, this product was pretty much exactly as described and works very well. I hope to get a couple years out of this machine.
