Love it! Got a little nervous when shipping time got delayed (which is understandable and not the seller's fault) but arrived a day after ETA. Phone and battery life both in perfect condition, and is indeed unlocked. Had zero problems setting it up. Came with a charging cable and adapter, which are all I needed. Great seller, thank you!

Shipping Policies


-All orders will be shipped within 1 business day of payment clearing.
-We are not able to change shipping address after payment clears, the customer is 100% responsible for using their correct address. Networkstore will not refund or replace any orders where the customer used the incorrect address.
-Expedited shipping options are available, please contact with your zip code for a shipping quote.
-Customer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (less original shipping) for refusing the delivery of an order.
-If your order is marked "delivered" via tracking information, but you did not receive the order your best course of action is to contact your card provider and file a chargeback for "non-delivery." We will not refund or replace any order where tracking is showing "delivered."

Return & Refund Policies


-Please contact Networkstore within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the return request and receive return shipping instructions.
-Product must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
-Replacements/Refunds are not issued until the returned product has been received at our facility.
-ICLOUD/FIND MY IPHONE MUST BE REMOVED ON ALL APPLE PRODUCTS BEFORE THEY ARE RETURNED, REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS WILL NOT BE ISSUED ON PRODUCTS THAT HAVE AN ACTIVE ICLOUD LOCK/FIND MY IPHONE FEATURE.
-ALL 4 OR 6 DIGIT PASSCODE LOCKS NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM PRODUCTS BEFORE THEY ARE RETURNED, REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS WILL NOT BE ISSUED ON PRODUCTS WITH A PASSCODE LOCK.
-For security purposes, please remove all SIM cards from returned products.
-We are not responsible for any SIM cards, screen protectors, cases, etc that are returned with any products.
-Working products returned due to buyer error or remorse are subject to a 20% restocking fee (less any original shipping) and return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
-Buyer error/remorse reasons include but are not limited to; SIM card not included (this is noted on all listings), returning because a locked phone is not unlocked, didn't like the phone, bought wrong carrier, etc.
-Product damaged or altered by buyer will not be returnable.
-Any third party repairs will void the warranty and the product will not be returnable.
-All IMEI and serial numbers are recorded at the time of purchase. The returned product must have the same IMEI/Serial number in order for a return to be processed.
-Customer is 100% responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of payment, we will not refund on shipments where customer enters incorrect shipping address.
