Happy customer! Ordered it in the wee hours of Sunday morning w/ express shipping, it was delivered Tuesday. Packaged well. The Galaxy S10 5G (VZN Unlocked) listed in "Good" condition was indeed in very good shape. The only issue setting it up was not the seller's fault... Metro by T-Mobile *really* buries their webpage for a current customer with a SIM card to self-activate a new phone onto their network. Finally found that, just ignored the BS warning that "we couldn't confirm this device will work here [...so why don't you just come in and pay us an exorbitant fee to do it for you!]" and was up and running 5 minutes later. It had to update from security version 14 to 31... all updates applied sequentially... but now, we have Android 11 and the phone is *really* fast, especially on 5G. I'm a very happy customer, and my wife is *absolutely thrilled* with the upgrade from her old S7. Very satisfied. Many thanks!
