Everything as described. Until there was an issue with the phone, and when I tried to get it fixed, Apple said it was a "Pending Return" phone and they could not fix it. The seller said it wasn't their fault and would not work with me to resolve. I wouldn't buy through Swappa again, I just couldn't trust their sellers.

The phone was perfect and everything the seller said it would be. Very happy with my choice.

The iPhone 7 did not work on the network, it would initially connect, and then disconnect, search and not reconnect to the cell network. The reply from the buyer was not very helpful, and the offer of a 20% restock fee is not reasonable since we're talking about a device of this size. Apple was great and took care of the issue, the seller did not make this a positive outcome. I can't recommend buying from this seller.

Phones cosmetic conditon was exactly as described. The volume up button sticks sometimes, and the vibrate had to be turned off because it rattled. Other than that I am pleased with the transaction.
