Overall a positive experience. The process went smoothly and the phone was in pretty good condition. It did have a few minor blemishes which I wasn't expecting since it was considered to be in mint condition and described as like new. But I guess that's to be expected with a used phone. Even mint condition isn't like new. It came with a third party adapter and charging cable.
