I had purchased at least two other devices off of Swappa in the past, this shop it seems received a trade in phone that was either stolen or hadn't been finished being paid off, luckily the shop was willing to allow me to the send the phone back through the mail and give me a refund for my order. I am really grateful it worked out because I was definitely stressed when it seemed my new phone was a lost cause.
