The phone was falsely advertised as a SM-G986U1, and I ended up with a SM-G986U. It took a very long time to receive a refund, and I had to go all the way to PayPal for all of this. I do NOT recommend this seller at all.

Seller incorrectly listed the device as an unlocked, SM-A515U1 model. The device shipped was a SM-A516U, which was not compatible with my providers. After shipping the device back (at my expense), the seller ghosted me for nearly 3 weeks. I had to file a PayPal dispute to receive a refund. For these reasons, I would not recommend this seller.

I bought an unlocked phone from this seller. It was unlocked but came with T-Mobile specific software pre-loaded (this is called "Carrier Unlocked"). This type of unlocked phone is not allowed to be sold under the "Unlocked" category per Swappa policies as of February 2022. I raised this issue and the seller gave me a full refund upon return - thus the positive review.

Personally, I would confirm with this seller whether a product they are selling is "Carrier" or "Factory" unlocked before buying in the future especially since he mentions getting phones from T-Mobile in his seller profile.

Phone is pristine as advertised. Battery seems to be good as well. I'm happy and would trust the seller again. Thank you.
