Fast shipping though I would say the phone was in fair condition, not good. And it came with somebody else signed in to all the apps with all of their emails and text messages. But the price is right and it got here quickly and we were able to factory reset as there was no passcode blocking it.

Watch came quick and as pictured. So far so good!

Product description was inaccurate and arrived with damage that was not in the listing and the return process was frustrating due to a lack of detailed communication. Ultimately, I was able to return the product and receive a refund, but I would not buy from this seller again.

I received the phone wrapped in bubble wrap and already charged. It holds a charge well enough and the screen does not have any issues. So far so good! :)
