Bought 3 for Christmas presents. Only kept one due to the gift idea falling through. All phones were in pristine condition. The one we kept works like a charm. Seller was very helpful with the returns.

Phone was as described and arrived in a reasonable time.

Was very pleased on how the package arrived. Very neat and nicely packaged.

Phone was has advertised. Set up service on Tracfone with no issues. Only problem was phone was shipped USPS and USPS lied about delivery date and delivered it a day later.

I would never but any electronic device from this seller. The phone I received was not even close to the condition he said I was buying. After contacting the seller and exchanging emails, he then started degrading me as a person because I was not happy with him being a liar. He did offer me a refund on the phone but I kept it because I started reading about his business and people had returned electronics and did not get their refund. So heads up. He sells on ebay too and has a bad track record there as well
