Product was shipped quickly and arrived in a reasonable time. Upon receiving phone and activating it had some trouble with it. I reported to the seller and they promptly offered to replace or refund it for me with no hassles. Always quick in responding and provided label for returning. I do not fault the seller for the problem with the phone (that's the nature of business - some products are just defective). Phone was in condition as advertised - new, still in original packaging, etc. I would do business with them again.

There is no restock fee on returned items, and we accept items back for full refund, even if the only reason for the return is the buyer changes their mind. Phone must be returned in same condition as it was received, and we will email you a postage paid return label to ship it back.
