Seller marketed phone as AT&T version but sent one from Cricket that didn't offer the same software updates. It would work but with the wrong version of Android (KitKat instead of the newer Lollipop). Returned for a refund, as they didn't have any AT&T versions to replace it with despite the supposedly large stock. Interestingly, they continued to sell them as AT&T phones, even though they are not, and even though the Cricket versions tend to sell for less here.

There is no restock fee on returned items, and we accept items back for full refund, even if the only reason for the return is the buyer changes their mind. Phone must be returned in same condition as it was received, and we will email you a postage paid return label to ship it back.
