I purchased this Galaxy S10e in April of this year, and today a line appeared across the screen out of nowhere, and the entire middle part of the screen is completely nonresponsive to any touch, which makes the phone unusable.
I have taken good care of the phone and did not drop or damage it any way. There's no impact mark or crack on the screen either where the line is or anywhere else.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We provide hassle-free returns within 15 days of receiving the product if the buyer is dissatisfied with the purchase. The device has to be packed and shipped back in its original packaging and in the exact same condition as received in order to be eligible for return. All smartphones come with Free Shipping and Free Returns within United States unless otherwise specified. We do not sell or ship internationally.
Shipping Policies
Maya mobile phone will ship your order within one business day (Friday orders are shipped by Monday at the latest). We do not ship orders on the weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless expedited shipping is selected at check out. There are no additional handling fees.Currently we do not provide international shipping.

-Expedited shipping = USPS Priority Express or FedEx Overnight
Return & Refund Policies
Any damage from shipping must be disclosed to the seller within 48 hours of the phone arriving.

Maya mobile phone provide free return shipping if you have an issue covered by our warranty. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects, or an item received that is significantly not as described.
Our warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, custom software, or buyers remorse. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to these situations.
Devices must be returned in the condition they were received, and be free of account locks, passwords, or any personal info. Any return outside the scope of the covered warranty will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
