The phone was supposed to be in mint condition but had dirt encrusted over and inside the speakers and port. Someone had forgotten to clean it before shipping. The seller offered me a $15 discount to accept the phone in that condition, which was not enough for me. The seller was very prompt in responding to my questions and concerns. He ultimately accepted a return and refunded my money.

Everything smooth

The mic hasn't ever worked, so seller was going to tell me how to replace with another unit he supposedly had, only to get back with me today saying he has nothing in stock to replace with and good luck with my broken phone he sold.

I need support staff at this point.
