Phone had an issue upon receipt (image corruption with standard camera mode). Seller informed me phone was still under warranty and Moto would repair or replace it for free. Initiated exchange through Moto, sent in phone, and received a like new phone three days later. Overall excellent service by seller and Moto alike.
