Matt sent out the phone in no time and it arrived very quickly. However, for some reason Straight Talk had an issue and said they couldn't use the phone. I reached out to Matt and explained the situation, and while we're both a little confused as to what Straight Talk's problem was, he was more than willing to accept a return and get the situation straightened out. Phone is now back in his hands and money back in my account. Super easy!
