Physically, the product was in excellent shape.The fingerprint scanner was not very reliable, the phone heated up a lot when using certain apps, the accidental swipe prevention sometimes malfunctions and prevents me from accessing the phone when I'm trying to unlock it. LvL Up was prompt in giving me an RMA, including a free shipping label, and they patiently answered my questions on Swappa, and helped me when I was delayed in returning the phone. Their tech fixed some of the problems, but added new ones resulting in a phone that they can't replace (out of stock), so ultimately they are giving me a refund.
