I need a phone to use on the Visible network and this one isn't compatible. Can I please swap for one that is?

Phone was physically as described in Good Condition. However, the compatibility for Visible wireless was not as advertised. Also, the IMEI number for the phone was not listed in the advertisement which I believe all sellers should post, could have saved me some time, but seller took full responsibility for the Visible compatibility advertisement error. I decided to keep the phone because it was nice and priced at a savings. Fortunately, I was able to find another compatible wireless carrier that met my needs. My phone is now activated by my new wireless carrier and is working just fine. Overall, this ended up being a good experience for me. Hopefully, the phone will last me for quite some time. I will use Swappa in the future, but before purchasing, make sure I get the IMEI number from seller whether listed or not.

Phone was received in good physical condition. There have been issues with system updates not wanting to complete and now phone calls won't work but I don't know that it's an issue with the phone or an app or the user (decades of LG use prior).
