45 days, no phone yet but it's an issue with the carrier. Asked seller for help multiple times but no case # or updates yet.

The listing never mentioned that it was refurbished or had previous repairs made as required by Swappa's policy on such devices. These repairs/refurbishments also were not performed by an Samsung Authorized repair center which caused the phone to lose it's water and dust resistance and other features. I would avoid this seller if possible.

This is an excellent phone..mint condition..
It is an xmass gift so i havent checked out the operation completely yet...
