My cell phone provider says they cannot activate the phone due to it being locked or the IMEI number not existing. I purchased an unlocked phone. I need to return this.

Phone is exactly as described and works great. Only issue is that the color was listed as "white" but it is actually a pearl color. In a case now, so it doesn't matter. Thanks!
