I had a minor issue with my first phone.the seller wasted no time in correcting it. I found them to be extremely easy to deal with. Along with easy to communicate with. I recieved my items in the condition it stated. Remember nothing and no one is perfect. Things will happen. But if they do. This seller will make it right. I highly reccomend them. It's a 5 star from me.
