Had a great experience with this seller. I was given the tracking information very quickly and my item was shipped in a timely manner. The packaging used to ship the phone was ample and secure.

The phone I received was exactly as advertised and in great condition. My only complaint is that the charger is received was the type that is not a USB with a removable plug, so I am unable to use the provided charger to connect to my PC. Luckily I have various other micro-USB cables laying around the house to use. This was no surprise to me as it was visible in the pictures listed in the description.

I would highly recommend this seller to others considering purchasing a used smartphone, and would use again for future purchases.

Phone was delivered in a timely manner and exactly as described in the listing.

Nearly a year later, switched carriers and found out that the phone was unable to be unlocked to due to contract issues between a previous owner and AT&T.
