I was disappointed with how long it took the phone to here. My daughter has order 4 phones from swappa & has received all within 2 days of the day they were shipped. I ordered this phone & another phone from a different seller on the same day ( Saturday ). My other phone was shipped on Monday and I got it on Wednesday. This one didn't ship until Tuesday and I didn't get Saturday. If you are in a hurry for a phone I wouldn't recommend this seller. But if your not, the phone is in really good condition. But so was my other phone.

Great experience working with Johbet Inc. I purchased a phone from Johbet Inc. and experienced wonderful customer service. The Note 4 was shipped in a timely manner, packaged well, and was as described. However, the day after receiving it I noticed that the screen did not rotate properly. To make a long story short, the phone had faulty hardware. Johbet Inc. was very easy to work with and issued me a full refund without issue or additional shipping charges. Though I don't have one of their phones at the moment, I would gladly buy from them again when the time comes.
