Positive experience. I wiped the phone and it now works like a charm. The "home" button... rotates? but it doesn't block my usage of the phone. so it's pretty great!

Everything about this seller was on point! Perfect...
However - the actual phone was not compatible to the network they advertised it for. The Galaxy 2 and 3 do not work with the upgraded MetroPCS anymore. The seller either didn't know this, or still tried to get rid of it anyway.
The seller told me to return it and even gave me a prepaid return postage; however, I haven't received my refund yet, and it has been several days.

Hi, I bought this phone for my niece so I can give to her once I got back home which is Brazil. When I received the item I only checked things like camera and speakers, I admit I forgot to check the capacity and the model (my fault for trusting too much because the first iPhone I bought here was completely ok as described) and for my surprise while I was checking thing before I leave the country I saw that the model it is NOT 16GB (it is 8GB) as announced and it is not the model A1532 as described, it is actually the model A1456 from sprint. I know it is partially my fault since I had time to do this and I did not do it on time but it is also the store's fault. I am flying back home in 5 hours and do not have time to do anything to fix this. Thank you guys for ruining my niece's gift. Next customer's: pay attention so you do not end up like me.
