Phone's SIM Card tray was malfunctioning. So I contacted the seller and they sent me a prepaid label to return the phone with, and got a full refund once they received the broken product.
A little irritating that it wasn't functioning when I got it, but I'm glad I'm not out any money. Just nearly 2 weeks of time.
