The phone has bad glitches where it would randomly shut down and then boot loop. After researching I realized it was because of the battery. Had to purchase a new battery and factory reset. Now the phone is okay.

The item was delivered as stated in the description, but upon activation it was met with complications regarding its unlocked status. Found out that the phone had not been unlocked completely from the distributor. I am in the process of returning the phone and receiving a replacement. That's why I gave the neutral rating.

Recently I bought an LG G5 from Johbet at what I deemed a fair price. No sooner had I gotten it than it slipped off my desk and cracked the edge of the screen. I looked around to see about getting my screen repaired but the costs just led me back to the market to buy a new phone. I was happy with the old phone but had a little problem with the GPS accuracy, I emailed Johbet about the phone I intended to purchase to see if they would verify that the GPS performed better. I explained the story above and they came back to me and said, ‘you don’t have to buy a new phone, we are sorry the GPS wasn’t working for you, we’ll send you a prepaid return mail ticket… just send it back and we’ll send you a new one.’ I made sure that they understood that I caused the screen damage. They repeated the offer and said, just let us know when it’s in the mail. I sent it and emailed them when I did. They immediately put mine in the mail and it works great. Service Beyond my expectations !!!
