There was no scratch or blemishes on the bezel as stated on the profile of the phone I purchased. The front screen had very noticeable scratches. This is something that should have been noted .

Pixelbook was locked to the seller's account. He should have factory reset it. I had to search google on how to powerwash. The unit was dirty, had to wipe it down with some effort.
