The Surface Pro showed up as advertised. The battery cycles were only at 2 when I checked, and the box seemed to be factory sealed. There is a very small mark on the screen (within the screen I believe) that I cannot remove. It only appears when a dark screen is up. It almost seems to be a spot of moisture (not saying it is, but that is what it looks like). The spot does not seem to affect functionality. All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase!!!
