Seller’s communication can be improved. The initial reply for shipping status was after 3 days, then non-existent for a legitimate hardware concern. Unsurprisingly, after notifying Swappa, they replied in 1 day.
It arrived in a flimsy padded mailer. Thankfully there wasn’t any damage.
The phone arrived in a great external condition without scratches. The headphone port, buttons, and lightning port all function well.
Battery is dysfunctional, causing lag and glitching. It also drains a bit fast when not on low power mode.
It's maximum capacity dropped to from 90 to 87% in 15 days!
Seller claims phone to “likely have the original battery” and “fully functional prior to listing”. If device was fully tested then how does he not know if it had the original battery or not?
I’m disappointed to spend more money on a new battery. There could’ve been more transparency in all the listings and better communication, even for simple inquiries! Hope it lasts a while to be worth the price.

EDIT: Not even 4 months in, screen is showing double and triple images, randomly switching between them.

ORIGINAL: Really wish the bright backlight LED had been mentioned in the listing. With these screens being glossy, you see a photo with a bright spot and assume it's a reflection. The next photos had dark backgrounds, so the bright spot didn't display in those, especially making me think it wasn't a permanent thing. Power it on, power it on, and there, directly in the center of the screen. I was fine with the physical damage, but the little disclaimer of "ACTUAL ITEM SHOWN IN IMAGES AND ANY DAMAGE PICTURED AND IF NOT VISIBLE IN PHOTOS, THE DAMAGE IS MINOR" doesn't really seem to cover how frustrating this defect is, and how difficult it was to spot in the one photo that displayed it at all. I would say this was more than minor, and the photos didn't do it justice.

Please let consumers know the condition of screens.
