Although this was not the sellers fault, this device was defective. I do not believe the seller knew the device was defective. It was not apparent that the device was defective until it was activated on a cellular network and it would not keep a connection to the network consistently. I was able to get this device replaced by Apple under the warranty as the Apple technician witnessed it dropping and picking up the cellular connection over and over in the store. It was very inconvenient to have to take the device in to Apple as they do not have enough locations to service their customers.

Phone is exactly as stated, mint condition and works perfectly.
