The phone works, but there were some hiccups. Someone had clearly started setting up the phone, as I had to erase contents and reset it. Was it truly a NEW phone? The eSIM also wouldn't install, so I had to spend about 45 minutes with Verizon, when they got it working. Finally, it took 8 days for it to get here - you advertised speedy delivery, which I assumed to be Priority, but it came by ground. I appreciate getting a working, seemingly new phone at a good price, but this second Swappa phone I ordered in the past month (the last one was advertised as a Verizon phone, but turned out to be for another carrier), so this was more frustrating because of that.
