All sales ship within 48 business hours of purchase in accordance with Swappa shipping guidelines, but we usually ship as soon as possible. Automated fulfillment begins as soon as payment is confirmed by PayPal, therefore, cancellations are not possible even if notified immediately after purchase. Please be certain this is the device you require before entering the payment system. Shipping delays can occur if PayPal flags your payment for review. We have no control over PayPal fraud prevention protocols or approval timelines. Most payments clear instantly. Courier shipping and delivery delays do occasionally occur so if receipt of your device sooner rather than later is essential, please choose the express shipping option. We are not responsible for courier delays in delivery. We normally ship via USPS with tracking unless shipping via UPS or FedEx are requested and approved before purchase and added cost is borne by purchaser.

Any transit claim must be made within 3-days of delivery shown in courier tracking. We are not responsible for shipping damage or loss claims that are not reported to us within 3 days of delivery.

A signature is required for most shipments over $250 and mandatory for all shipments valued at $750 or more in accordance with PayPal protections policies. Shipping for Friday and weekend sales may not occur till the following business day (Monday unless a legal holiday) except when express shipping is requested. Saturday purchase express purchase shipping requests must be before 11am EDT will not deliver before Monday. Packages damaged in transit or arriving with visible mutilation should not be accepted, opened, or signed for. Otherwise, you are accepting the delivery AS-IS and we will not provide any adjustments. Any shipping or delivery issues must be reported to us via comments on the sale page within 12-hours of delivery or the shipment is considered to be satisfactory.

BUYERS USING FREIGHT FORWARDING: All shipments dispatched to freight forwarding is considered FOB origin shipping point. If you do not understand what this means, we suggest you do not buy from us as our liability for any in-transit loss ends once we surrender to selected shipping agent.

Refused, rejected, buyer ship-to address errors, or not-picked up shipments subject to a MINIMUM 20% restock fee even if unopened—NO EXCEPTIONS.
