I bought a "good" condition phone from this seller, and from the photos, it seemed to be in that condition. Unfortunately, the phone I received had a massive chip in the corner, which effects both the screen and the frame. Screen also had several noticeable scratches and chips, and you could feel the defects with your fingers. Seller continued to say the phone was in "good" condition, and asserted I was just being picky and had unrealistic expectations. I posted pictures, and Swappa agreed with my description of the phone, and it's damage. I shipped it back, and the seller wouldn't cover return shipping until Swappa stepped in again, and said that he has a history of selling phones like this and trying to not disclose damage, and sell chipped phones. Even then, I only received a partial shipping refund, minus about 80 cents that Paypal took in fees. Not worth it to pursue, but it's important to mention. I would avoid this seller!
