Not very happy with the item I recived. the phone had many issues including.. bad battery, software issues.kept going into siri mode and would go to voice comands during phone calls and charger is a cheap knock off and isnt compatable with apple product .. seller was willing to replace item for another. it cost me ten dollars to return defective phone and took took over a week for another phone to be mailed after seller recived defective phone. all in all was from oct 24 untill nov 22 to finally recive a phone i could use, still needed to buy a charger as the one sent is not compatable with apple products..
