The description of the phone's physical condition was not accurate, and accordingly, the price was not a fair one. The phone was described as "near MINT" and in "excellent condition, minor wear and tear." No scratches, chips, or damages, other than "minor wear and tear" were disclosed. However, there are multiple scratches on both the front AND the back of the phone that were not disclosed in the description nor made visible in the photos; surely, with these damages, the phone cannot be fairly described as "near mint" or in excellent cosmetic condition. The kicker though is that there are scratches on the backside--one which goes right THROUGH one of the cameras. So, when I try to take a photo with the widest camera, there is a glare from the crack in the back. I then sent the phone back for a refund and they hassled me about refunding the $8.30 in return shipping.. I only had to return bc they sent me a damaged phone!!
